Every creative mind is bound to be haunted by images and sounds that beckon it towards new visions and perceptions. You can call these Endless Echoes. Interestingly, that is also the theme of this joint show of the latest works of well known Delhi artists Ajay Kumar Samir and Indu Tripathy. Though their technique, style, colour and line are individually distinct and their creations raise different echoes in the hearts of ardent art viewers. Samir\'s figurative work has bold and outgoing echoes of a male heart. Indu\'s works in the present show are echoes of distinct, soft, silky, feminine perceptions. But every work does strike a certain note that continues to echo in one\'s mind and heart. Taking a look at some of the works of the two artists presented in this joint show, one is struck by Indu Tripathy\'s \"Intimacy\", an oil on canvas created by her this year itself. Its idiom is man-andŽ woman, bird-and-flower figures and the message seems to be a certain kind of flight to freedom through the wings of intimacy. Interestingly, Samir\'s acrylic on canvas entitled \"Devotion\" also uses man-woman and bird images to convey the message of devotion too as an emotional flight. His work entitled \"With Love\", an acrylic on canvas, again is a figurative work and strikes an echo that conveys the beats of a smitten heart. Indu\'s \"Colours of Life\", an oil on canvas, also uses the same figurative idiom and one can feel the sound and movement which otherwise silent figures are trying to convey. You just watch the creations of these two artists and see, feel and hear their works put across their message to you. On this occasion Baljit Chadha said, both the artists Indu Tripathi & Ajay Kumar and their work are well known in Delhi and other parts of India. Indu had created for herself a special niche with her wash technique works and Samir for his drawings and lyrical landscapes in watercolour. But in this show their works mark a certain departure from the past as works of figurative pursuit and exploration of the creative echoes. Samir\'s works include acrylic on canvas and Indu\'s include oil on canvas creations. Dr. Rajeev Nagpal said our basic aim is to provide the better environment to needy children and try to inspire them for a happy life altogether. Keeping in mind same the recent exhibition is another joint effort by Sahaj Sankalp and Studio Vasant.
